Price per night per hut is £195.00 including a plant-based breakfast.
Please note:

Longwools Huts is used predominantly as a health retreat.
Any guests staying on a B&B basis are requested to adhere to the following:

We love dogs but for various reasons we are unable to accommodate them.
To respect the privacy, solitude and tranquility of other guests.
​
No smoking is allowed on site.
We provide slippers for guests to use in the huts and would ask that these are not used outdoors.
We do not allow disposable or portable barbeques or portable pizza ovens.

Book
To make a booking, please always telephone, email or complete the reservation form for confirmation of availability before paying a deposit. We're always happy to answer any questions you may have about our retreats.

Deposit
Once we have confirmed availability we shall hold your requested dates for 24 hours pending receipt of the deposit.

Deposit per booking for a stay at Longwool Huts is £100.00.
​
Payment of the deposit denotes acceptance of our cancellation terms and conditions.
Full payment is requested one month prior to arrival.
Cancellations within one month of the commencement of the retreat are liable for full payment
We are able to accept payment of the deposit and balance by credit or debit card through Paypal, BACS, cheque or cash on arrival. Payment of the balance through PayPal is liable for their fee (around 5%).
Payments of the balance not made by the due date risk losing the booking and the payment of the deposit will be forfeited.
We shall acknowledge receipt of payment of the deposit within 24 hours.

Cancellation
You may cancel up to one month before the start of the stay. Notification must be given in writing or e-mail. The e-mail must be sent to info@longwoolhutsco.uk. An administration charge of £100.00 will be applied. Within one month of your stay full fees are liable if you cancel unless we are able to fill your place with another booking. Any refund given will incur an administration charge of £100.00. You may nominate someone to take your place. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover the cost of our fees should you cancel.
In the unlikely event that it should be necessary for Longwool Huts to cancel your stay due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund your fees in full, or offer you suitable alternative dates within a reasonable period of time if preferred. However, we do not accept liability for your travel costs if you have paid fares in advance. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any losses incurred.
